这18条信用证英语条款决定你是否真懂信用证

1.shipment before 31 August 2015;

2015年8月31日之前装运：

必须注意，UCP 对介词 Before的界定含义。UCP600地3条规定，使用“在 ….之前（before)”用于确定发运日期时，不包含提单的日期。就是本句来说，就是装运日期必须8月31日之前装运，不能在（不包含）8月31日当天装运。

2. in 4 fold

一式四份。一般来说，仅需提供1份正本。

3.Neither packing/tape nor items bears any reference whatsoever to origin of goods or shows Chinese character;

包装/胶带或商品上均不得有有关商品产地的批注或出现汉字符合。

注：实质上就是要求将其做成中性包装形式。

提单上的运费条款：运费到付。一般来说，在FOB方式下使用该条款。

6.shipment on FCL/FCL;

FCL为Full Container Load的缩写（整箱装运）。FCL/FCL的最大优越性是可以提供“门到门的服务” door ro door service.

7.certificate of China origin GSP Form A;

产地证普惠制格式A。

产地证GSP FORM A, FORM 59,FORM APR 应由质监局出具；C/O应由商会/贸处会/出口商/生产厂家出具；

纺织品产地证FORM A, FORM B, FORM C应由商务部出具。

8.Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the P.R. of China.

中华人民共和国出入境检验检疫局 （简称 CIQ)

9.expected date of departure ETD;

预计出发日期。

10.expected date of arrival ETA；

预计到达时间。

11.insurance buyer’s care;

保险由买方承保，也常这样说：Insurance covered by Buyer/Insurance to be covered by buyer.

12.shipping marks:

唛头的制作方法。

13.size of barcode:

条形码尺寸、

14.booking number;

订舱号码。

15.LCL；

Less Than Container Load:拼箱装运，也就是 not fully loaded container.

16. 5 percent more or less in goods quantity acceptable.

货物的数量允许有5%的溢短装。

17.in one set;

一次性，即使用一个邮包寄送。

18. or counter value;

等于 or equivalent,即为“等额”
